How to order: If you have chosen an item from one the photo galleries on the collection page of my website please let me know the name and size of the garment and the image number you’ve chosen (you can see this number when you click on the photo). If you see an item you love but would like me to create it out of different fabrics from my fabric gallery, let me know the garment name, size and what fabric numbers you would like me to work with. You can give me specific details under the special requests section. The more information you can give me the better! Once I receive your order I will contact you to finalize all of the details and go over any special requests you may have. I will not start on your order until I have confirmed all the details with you. Payment: You will be sent a Paypal invoice to pay once your order is complete. You do not need a Paypal account to process this transaction. Please note: if you live in or around the Lethbridge, AB area we can arrange a time to pick up and you can pay by cash or cheque at that time if you prefer. All orders subject to GST. Shipping: Orders are shipped via Canada Post. There is a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 on all orders within Canada. If you are ordering from the United States there will be a flat rate shipping cost of $15.00. Orders will arrive to you via US Postal Service. How long does it take to complete an order? Once I’ve confirmed all the details of your order it usually takes approximately one week to complete. It all depends on how many orders I have at that time, but I will let you know once we confirm all the details. If you are in a rush please let me know and I will do my best to complete your order as quickly as possible. |
